It can be done, but is really quite difficult unless you *really* know
what you're doing re: network routing. I've just configured IPCop to do
basically that, and it's fecking difficult, and only really works in large
network environments.

You could always try the Firebrick (www.firebrick.co.uk if memory serves)
- it's basically a 4 port hub that allows you to bond ADSL (but cable too)
connections together to form one 'fat' pipe - it does failover too iirc.
Supposed to be really quite cool. And it runs linux :D

If you get one, let me know. I only have 1 DSL line at home, and work
won't fork out for one :(
