That's old hat Kevin, I had to do that when I first got my TiVo/Turbonet
last June [on NTL]. I just confirmed my setup with that page to ensure
nothing had changed and it's still the same.
Can't remember who was having the problems now, but have you tried a
simple reboot just to make sure the Ident script hasn't corrupted in
memory?
