Bluetooth adaptors

What types of BT adaptors are people using? PC Card or USB?

I was just looking at getting an adaptor for myself, but the USB
adaptors seem to be selling at a lot less than the PC Card types. What's
the reason for this? Do the usb types lack in compatibility or draw more
power??

Would I be advised to stick with the PC Card type for the laptop?
Although it'd be nice to be able to use the adaptor with a desktop as
well, which is where a usb adaptor would come in handy.

TIA

SJ
