Depends on what genny you want. www.justgenerators.co.uk do reasonably
priced domestic generators (plus some bigger ones), but I'm sure there are
plenty of other places. Otherwise for the bigger stuff try Eagle Machinery
(www.kw1.com) or Beta Generators (www.betagenerators.com). However we are
talking much more money here most of them are real commercial ones and to
be
used at home you really need an acoustic enclosure (and possibly a domestic
engine silencer). Beta Generators currently have some Kubota generators on
their site that are at a very good price. These apparently are ex-telecoms
standby machines, some have as little as 1 hour running time on them. You
should be able to get 10% of the published price.
