Wait a minute - I _am_ in a three floor house! And I've got a
Panasonic KXT phone system!! And it is the answer!!!

And it also does doorphones, though not video. But pictures from
the front door is a lessor HA challenge, using a camera, and a
modulator to get the front door piccy onto all the house tellys.
