Alarming the garage

Hello people,

I'm after a quick bit of advice.

I have a comfort system and want to link some garage
security up to it.
The garage has 4 double glazed windows, a side door,
and a double sectional roller main door.

What would be the best way to alarm this ?
I had thought about movement sensors, but am concerned
that parking a warm car/bike in the garage may disturb
the air enough to set the pir's off.
It currently has a camera in there with a pir on it, and
this sometime detects movement for what appears to be no
reason (broughtfrom a company called cctv I think).

I have thought about disconnecting the power from the
electric door openner as added security, but if someone
got in there it wouldn't be hard to override this.

Are there any decent door contacts for roller doors ?
Any other thoughts ?

Regards,
John.
