Hi Paul,

> I'm not hugely into VBScript although have done some in the past
(mostly in relation to the Comfort/ACE web interface). Are there any sample
scripts available anywhere? To enable more (non-scripters) to use xPL, is
there a plan to produce some kind of GUI/Interface to allow this kind of
functionality to be setup but without the complexity of VBScript? Or does
that go against the whole concept?

The graphical front-end to xPLHal (the xPLHal Manager) has a script builder
wizard that will create VBScript for you... You just use the wizard to
compile a list of actions you want performing, and the wizard writes the
code for you!

It's still in the early stages of development, and all the things the
wizard can do are xPL-related at the moment, but it's certainly an area
we'd like to expand, so any feedback will be welcome.

Regards,

John
