Good clarification and I had forgotten about HPM.  Yep PDL have a system
called eBOS - a Lonworks system so I expect it isn't cheap.  Haven't
heard much about it really.  HPM also have a home automation system
definitely aimed at the home market.  It is called Oscar I think.
