As Clive states, it has to be registered with Windows. If you go to http://www.download.support.safetec.net/msinet.ocx/,
they have provided a very simple batch file that will register MSINET.OCX
for you. You could use hs.run to execute this batch file after a simple
check to see if this file exists/registered.

Ian - Unfortunately I wouldnt know where to begin. The more I dabble - the
more I realise I dont know :(
given the script is only a single file at the mo, can someone simply copy
the ocx to their machine or do they need to more...
(I can hear the "real" developers heads hitting their desks from
here ;-) )
