I use Zone Minder (www.zoneminder.com) which is good and FREE - but does
run on a Linux box. Needs one or more capture/TV cards etc for the inputs.
Streams video out via web page and is mainly used for motion detection.

Paul.

Hi
After some collective knowledge. A guy at work is looking for cctv
solutions
for his home (so he can record, view on TV, remote access). I myself have
the geovision solution which is great but not cheap. What do other people
recommend/use that would be a cheaper solution

thanks in advance

Ade
