I've just written a vbs script (for HomeSeer) which needs msinet.ocx - or
at
least thats what the comments in the code I found on the web said ;-)

It was on all my machines but they all have (or have had) various
development s.w on (visual studio or .net)

Does anyone know if a vanilla Win98/2k/XP install has the file and if not,
the easiest way of (legally) installing it - presumably its free for
distribution if required ?
