Graham,

congratulations on your impending upgrade. I had BH which also gave=20
you two lines and three numbers (phone, fax and ISDN). The only=20
solution when converting back to analogue for the BB conversion was=20
to install another standard line, so I now have business phone on a=20
dedicated line and the fax and BB on the other (this is in addition=20
to my home phone line so really 3 lines into the house!). The only=20
other option was some pretty expensive BT Featureline stuff.

I don't have as much functionality as you as the CID is handled by=20
the phone itself (though I do also have an analogue modem that could=20
handle that) and also have a seperate fax machine - come to think of=20
it not much help!
