Sounds like a 110 punch down block. Should be able to get a tool from a
decent telecoms supplier. Tend to be more expensive though.
Sorry, don't know of an online source.

I've just bought a NORDX/CDT IBDN patch panel off EBay that has
presented me with a problem - the cable punchdowns seem to be about
twice as wide as normal hence my usual Krone type tool doesn't fit.
Anyone know where I can get the right tool?
