Hi Dan,
I'm using a SNOM - similar, but not identical to Andy's - but it's
not at all obvious how to register it to FWD. The FWD docs refer to a
different model of phone, and do not explain how to configure a proxy
connection anyway.

According to the faq docs I've seen for the snom, for normal sip
calls, I need forward UDP inbound ports for incoming RTP. Is that not
right? Needless to say, the phone works fine if connected outside the
firewall.
