Well with less than 2 days to go, this is likely to be the last
update. As you are all aware we are trying to duplicate as many of
the demos on the Saturday and Sunday as possible so that everyone
gets a fair shot at seeing what they want. This is a very difficult
job but we are getting there and Mark will be posting the running
order to this group tonight.

However one very important thing is that we will be startly promptly
on Saturday at 12:00. There has been a suggestion that this time
should be moved forward but I want to allow for some people who are
travelling a long way that day. Because we are starting on time, you
will be allowed into the rooms before 12:00 but please no earlier
than 11:00 to give us time to setup. The same applies for 10:00 on
the Sunday.

Each presentation will have at least one showing with a projector
screen in the main room over the weekend. However several
presentations will have their other slot in a small room. This is the
only way everything can fit in and yet still everyone be given the
opportunity to see each demo. There will be clashes, so you will need
to plan your time a little bit.

I hope everything becomes a little clearer once Mark publishes the
list and I can't answer any specifics right now, other than to say it
appears that I will have the dubious honour of kicking off the event
with the first presentation. I will start talking at 12:01 ;-)
