Newbie

Hi,

Just joined the group. Actually stumbled across it while looking for stuff
on a kettle of all things!

Quite interested in the whole home automation thing. Am an embedded
software engineer, with a prior in electroics, and am just about to move
into my own flat in a couple of weeks, so quite intrigued to see what I can
do.

Had been going to base it around an alarm panel, but we'll see.

Anway I'll mainly be perusing for the time being.

Dave
