I know it is not quite what you are after but it is
the the American version... a Smarthome #4006 ir/rf
6-device controller http://www.smarthome.com/4006.html
for the price of postage if your interested.
It has never been used, SmartHome sent this instead of
an IR stick on transmitter and said I could keep it!!
