They would be a great company to do business with if they were
technically accurate :-)

SIP/H323 are the same thing so far as the media streams (AUDIO) are
concerned. The RTP (real tramport protocol) use different audio
formats: PCM, GSM, G723... depending on the codec.

SIP or H323 is only for signaling (Call, busy, answer...
Transfer, etc)... It is not where the bandwidth is...

It points to specific implementation difficulties/config issues with
their set up, rather than a "SIP is crap" tar-everything brush.
