I dont think you can overlay one overlay number onto another.  0870s
are usually overlays onto an underlying real number.  You want a
number like 0208....

Unfortunately, these are now rare in the ISP universe, and the reason
is that 0870 is a revenue share number, so the called party (the ISP)
gets some portion of the dosh you pay to BT.  So the ISP is rewarded
to use an overlay....
