Hi Mick,


Yup, that was me.


Windows were installed a few weeks ago, and I ran cat5 to each window/door,
and fed it into a hole drilled in the frame the right diamater for the
alarm
contacts ( from screwfix)

I havn't installed any of the contacts yet ( Alarm only arrived today) and
I
think I will have to remove the magnets from their casing to mount them on
the static portion of each opening. The magnet section of the contact is
too
deep for me to start drilling near the double glazed unit.
