Any other ideas?

This is generally a signal strength or quality problem rather than anything
to do with the receiver.

The most likely causes are that the LNB (the electronics on the dish) are
not working as efficiently as they should ie its output has dropped, or
that
the dish has moved or warped slightly.

If you can get to the dish, try changing the LNB first. See if a local shop
or installer can sell you one on a 'sale or return' basis in case it turns
out not to be that. If changing the LNB doesn't work, or you're unable to
get to the dish, call in a local installer who would be able to check both
the LNB and alignment.

Good Luck!
