I think I'm a lucky one, because I live in Regie, a university campus (Dan,
you should know the places), here in Bucharest, where we have an optic
fiber
connection, with no costs during use, but only with initial investments.
Full time. But soon I'll finish my studies and I'll have to move into an
apartment, so I'm directly interested in this kind of connections.
