No, to be honest.
I missed that option.
But if it takes 4 hours to propagate, does that mean that if BT changes
my IP address, my domain will not be available with new IP address for 4
hours?

Nik,
Have you set it to be a static IP rather than dynamic?
(In dyndns I mean, not your actual PC's IP address?)
statics are used for infrequent updates....
