Unless there is a BB connection then the demo would only be on the 'UKHA
LAN' which would give you the same quality as a regular phone.
We have been using the the Cisco VOIP at work for about 2 years now and I
have to say I notice no diference between an IP phone and a regular one. I
can't comment about what it is like over the Internet however as ours is
purely over out WAN.

Darren and I played with these about 18 months ago...(the USB device on the

It worked over dialup (although we're both on ISDN).
Net to Net calls were free, and you could do Net to Phone calls thru a
gateway. You setup an account with the provider and bought a $20 credit or
whatever.
