I have one..and I am very happy with it.

You need to subscribe to a service provider or to use pre-paid services (if
available) if you want to make a call to a normal phone.

Anyway, the free services from http://www.pulver.com/fwd are great if
you
have an SIP enabled IP phone. You can have several phones with separate
numbers behind the NAT (like the standard broadband routers) and to still
be
able to call inside and outside and to receive calls on all of them.
Take one number for each member of the family, even if they have just a
simple SIP enabled application on the PC, like Windows Messenger or
SJPhone.

Isn't great?
