I'm one of those, but strictly speaking it is somewhere between "Yes,
I have
one" and "No, I havent". I'm using a PC with a (twat-ish
looking) headset
and some software called SJPhone. I have on a few occasions spoken to Andy
Powell (mr SIP pusher extra-ordinair) and am planning to sell the idea to
my
parents (who live in Holland) as it will save mucho £££ on call costs.

Q.
