RE: So cool!

I did it with an opto isolated circuit that Frank designed for me and a
lot of playing (and measuring with a PC based oscilloscope). I'm going
to put some pics up on the web when I get a chance.

What amp have you got?

Paul.

Hi Paul

How did you 'inject' your IR signal into your amp?

(Writing with some envy as you have achieved something on my 'to do'
list before me:-))

Cheers

Rob

Every now and then you have one of those moments when you realise that
HA is soooo good!

I've now finished my circuit in 'inject' an IR signal into the control
lines of my multi zone house amp so I can control each zone individually
(didn't have this feature as standard). Now using NetRemote, Girder and
HomeVision I can sit in bed and switch sources, mute, vol etc from my
iPaq, laptop or Pronto (using the same .ccf file) - combined with Vinyl
I can also select playlists from the 30,000+ MP3's.

I knew spending so much on all this stuff was worth it!

:D

Paul.
