I don't know about your controllers :-( but I know that when I used
Worthington their support was pretty poor (they lost one of my orders
and then 'found' it again and never returned emails).

Subject: [ukha_d] curtain control problems

Hello,

I tried ordering some "add-a-motor" curtain controls. To try and
save
myself some money I ordered them from Worthington in the US.

Unfortunately the order got lost, and they won't refund me until the
post office investigates where the parcel went. I have had to pay for
a second order which has arrived but the units were a bit scratched. I
connected a PSU to them and found one motor was DOA. It turned out the
micro switch was broken. I have had to send that back for a
replacement.

The other motors "whirred", so I thought they were ok, but I have
now
found that two of them have broken spindles, so they don't actually
open/close the curtains. So I'll be sending those back too.

The last one, the fourth one, I hope works, but I haven't tried to use
that yet!

Has anyone else had such problems. I thought they were highly
recommended around here?

Thanks.
