I don't believe there is a default zone type for this but you could program
the zone as a switch and then program the logic into the on and off actions
using a flag to indicate what the last state was.

Yes it has a comfort interface based around ACE.  I have ACE myself but
don't use the web interface yet as my UCM serial module is linked directly
into HomeVision.

Yes you can turn on the lights and set a timer going to switch them off
again if there is no movement after a set time period.  You could also add
in a light sensor to only get them to trigger when it's dark.

No PIR's that have two outputs as far as I know.  Although there is no
problem having multiple PIR's linked up to different zones.  Each zone can
be set up to trigger an alarm in away, home or night mode or can be set to
a switch type.  Only zones that are of the right type are used to trigger
alarms the other can change to their hearts content and issue different
action while the alrm is armed.
