RJ45 CAT5e plugs

When I started my CAT5 wiring about a year ago, I bought 100 CAT5e AMP
plugs. I'm now through them and need to buy some more. I don't know what
the original AMP part number was but they came in two parts - the clear
plug and a black insert so you can line up the conductors easily before
inserting into the plug. Seems like a good system to me. I think it'd be
very difficult without them.

I've not used any other type of plug but when searching the RS and Lindy
web sites, can't see any reference to these little inserts.

Anyone know if this is a common/unusual system? Is it easy/difficult to
use plugs that don't have this (particularly when trying to unwind pairs
and get them all in the right positions)?

Paul.
