You may find it coincides with the publishing of the
latest electoral roll a couple of months back and if
you didn't opt out of the more public version that's
probably where they got you from, there had previously
been a bit of a gap while the legality of using the
electoral roll for such marketing purposes was under
review.

I am having the opposite problem in trying to prove to
my CC company that I do actually live where I claim,
seems Basingstoke council aren't particularly good at
keeping there electoral role accurate even though I
have lived there 2 years and voted in local election!!

people notice an increase after signing up with one of
the two big
online banks in the UK?
