Hi Kenneth.

Just one clarification - the control unit actually pushes out 24cAC, not
DC. Those relays are a little harder to find!

After that it's just DCV in from the stat to operate the relay and mains
out as to operate the boiler basically creating a switch at that point
operated remotely by the stat.

The RCS TX15B X10 thermostat is the same deal.
