In my case, from the TX15B to the heating...

12V DC from the thermostat is switching the heating on/off

The heating system needs 240V AC to switch/operate

So...

I have a relay, set to 12V DC to accept the switching signal from the
stat which simply makes or breaks the live feed to the boiler just as a
normal thermostat would. So instead of a normal room stat switching the
heating on and off I have a relay connected to a LV thermostat, simple
really.

However, if you're not comfortable with that, get a spark to do it!
