A mate has one of these although he's not tried to get it working yet. It's
from a PoS terminal i.e. a till, called a TeamPoS 2000. Does it look like
one of these ?

There's a Fujitsu site with miscellaneous drivers here (incl. the
touch-screen driver).

We haven't found a PSU yet and we suspect the 5V is only for the
touch-screen interface (serial). The 12V would be for the screen-proper.
Holidays and work pressures have stopped us getting much further. Should be
possible to lash something up though.
The screen signal connection is a "DFP" connector (DFP = Digital
Flat Panel) and is an early version of the DVI monitor interfaces. The
screen is fully digital, so you can't make up your own connector and run it
from a standard VGA port, although it is compatible with one of the current
DVI standards. You can see the different types of plug / interfaces here:

Just out of interest, where did you get it, . . . and do they have any more
