RE: Half height AGP cards with TV out??

Half height AGP graphics cards...

We both have these 'Dell OptiPlex GX260' with Small Desktop cases, which
support a low profile AGP slot and two half-length PCI slots

Arn't both of these cards PCI Graphics cards? I assume you can't plug
these
in an AGP slot (I don't know much about such things).

Doing a bit more diging around I've found:-

Or the older http://www.power-color.com/html/7000ve.html
These Look really good and no fan! The only downside is the TV-Out seems
to
be composite rather than S-Video :-( Also I don't know if you can get
these
in the UK or how much they are.

Theres also a matrox dual head card that may support TV-OUT via some
special
cables that plug into the special DVI socket. Looks all very confusing,
but
I think the 3d perfomance of these cards is probably not as good as the ATI
ones

The last few seem to have broken images, but the index page says
