There was some discussion about CCL customer service a little while ago, so
I thought it would be fair to let people know when they get things right.
Just after I replied to Des, I got a phone call from Ryan at CCL, who had
already worked pretty hard to find a solution. His manager had just
approved
for them to send me 4 Maxtor 120Gb disks to replace the WDs. This is above
and beyond what they had to do, so I'm impressed.
