Aaaaaahhhhhh, yes, *completely* forgot about that..... a couple of years
ago I bought a set of walkie talkies for SWMBO to talk to her friend who
moved a few doors down who didn't have a landline so was loads of
expensive mobile calls, but I was caught out by the charge/ usage thing,
plus the fact that it only came with one charger with a double headed
lead to try and prevent you doing these things (ok, a standard adapter
is not a problem, but its an extra thing to buy).... ended up taking
them back to Index about 3 days later for a refund!

Of course, since then SWMBO and friend have had a big falling out and
therefore hardly speak to each other at all, so its not a problem I
currently need to solve! ;->
