Tried mkisofs and cdrecord on GNU/Linux? You'll need SCSI emulation for
the CDRWs though. you can add hdX=scsi to the command line of Linux
(iirc) to make it act as a scsi device (assuming the ide-scsi support is
compiled in or you load the module). You could also try cdrecord in Cygwin
too... but no promises.
