Hi Guys,

I'm new to the list. My name is Marc Fuller and I live in Slough,
Berkshire.
I've been interested in HA for almost a year now. My current setup consists
of a Leopard I, and various x10 modules controlling lights, screens, home
cinema, and security. I would love to expand my system, but lack of money
stops me :(

One project I am looking at is the replacement of my Leopard. I am thinking
of purchasing a 12inch LCD Touchscreen and connecting it to a standard PC.
The touchscreen would sit in the lounge for home control, and the PC
elsewhere. Anyone know a cheap supplier ?

I am also looking for software to control the X10. It should have a macro
function, scheduling, and a pretty graphical interface. Does anyone know of
some software like that ? The ones I have found so far (homeseer, hal)
etc,
don't have a good interface for a touch screen.

Any info appreciated.

Regards

Marc R. Fuller
