Hello, my name is Alasdair Smith.
I am a computer science student living in glasgow and have just become
recently interested in home automation. As I now have a spare computer to
run as a server machine tucked away in a cuboard, I began to wonder what
good use I could put it too and controlling the lights and electric
appliances seems fitting.
So I'm pretty new to the scene and er...thats me in a very concise
nutshell.
