Have you thought about flowers or Choclates... You could use the 'Spare'
Xbox Choc's...

I currently can't get SWMBO approval for the speech output from my
automation (Autom8it) because "it sounds like a demented robot"
....
this is using Microsoft 'Mary' ..... I thought I remebered seeing an
option to change pitch & tone but I can't find it.

I am also thinking about some of the more 'advanced' voices from AT&T
and the like - any experiences? ... are they plug & play just
substituting for 'Mary'?

Finally, I suppose my ideal would probably be Marvin from Hitch
Hikers Guide, anyone know where I could find him?
