Hi Paul,

it's quite practical but don't know about Portugal. I have a Jornada=20
and Ericsson T39 on Orange and have GPRS roamed in the major EU=20
countries. I do have to do a network search sometimes to find a=20
network that offers the GPRS if the one that's found automatically=20
is no good.

Alternatively I use a local dial up (I'm with Nildram and=20
Compuserve).
