Quite normal. Cant comment specifically on the Panasonic though.
Non of my TV's allow adjustment of the RGB level.
It is usually an engineer setup function.
The problem with "box shifters" like Comet compared to a
conventional
specialist TV dealer is that Comet will sell you a box and if you are
lucky,
deliver it, whereas a specialist dealer will deliver, install and most
importantly SET UP the TV to the correct levels and geometry.
