When I ftp I get this on the mv1000

I really need to do a 40th birthday webcast today for my sister who has
recently been taken ill.
As u may know I have had loads of problems getting my mv1000 to work.
The web server
works internally and not externally from my network. The ftp server does
not work at all :-(
Really could do with some help on this. Maybe offlist if you like
