Pretty much any hoster using CPanel will offer this.
Agora is another one, though I've no experience of it - also a CPanel
staple...

Thing is, you can't really use it "out of the box" as an end
user, unless you
want OSCommerce banners everywhere, only manual payment processing etc.

There is an amount of work you need to put in to get the look and feel
right,
to add in the custom modules (and there are a shed load of them for payment
types, additional functionality etc etc) etc.
Once all that's done, it's a doddle for end users to manage the product
lines,
special offers, etc etc etc coz it's all web driven - but it is definitely
not
an out-of-the-box solution IMO.
