They will share the same ground - I did similar with my video dist amp (I
used BNC connectors though). All the shields connected to AC and case
ground.

Hi All
I am mounting 12 chassis mount phono sockets on to a 1u blanking plate
(Metal) do I need to shield the sockets from the plate or are they OK to
share the same ground? Phono's will be carrying video and data.
