At last, an answer I understand.

Searching on the web has come up with 2 ethernet
modems (at least I think that is what they are, they
could be routers in disguise. 'Undercover Router', the
router with a black mask so you can't tell what it is,
or should that be 'Hong Kong Router'... Could be!).

One from D-Link and one from Samsung.

Any recommendations...
