Context is always important when interpreting - it might be helpful if you
provided some. Such as what he said before and after that and who is
sending
goods to whom etc.
But if he is sending goods to you rather than the other way around, he
*may*
be asking whether it is okay to address you using the title
"Master". As in
"Master Joe Smith".
