It will be gone in a day, or less, they sign up 100s of addresses and only

Others buy cheap php capable webspace and put the site up there, and have
the
URL as
http://https.www.paypal.com/blahupdate.asp?thing=blah_blah_blah&uerid=thing&otherrandomcrap=yes@dodgeyIP/submit.php
- the idea being that the username part of it is so long and looks vaugly
legit
so people are ok with it, since the real hostname will be off the address
bar
typically.
