How do you see this as a result?  Yes it's good customer service, but
where's the advantage in being the owner of 50 scart plugs?  A SCART PLUG
IS

Yesterday afternoon I placed an order for quite a few bit, amongst them 50
PCB mounting SCART Sockets.

Parcel arrived just after lunch today but for the first time ever they had
made a mistake.

Instead of PCB SCART Sockets I had been sent 50 SCART Plugs.

After a quick phone call, the PCB Sockets are being sent out today and I
can
keep the SCART Plugs :-)

Result :-)))

Contrasts distinctly with Maplin. Yesterday I was int he Norwich store and
in the catalogue found a 12V inverter for CCFL Tubes @ £2-99 and the tubes
@
£4-99 ... total for a complete setup £7-98. Tried to order one of each and
guess what.... Inverter DISCONTINUED. No surprise there then :-(

Replaced by a CCFL Kit ... The SAME inverter, The SAME Tube, + some Bin
fodder (a piece of clear blister pack plastic and a sheet of cardboard)
....
£9-99  :-(

Ordered via the web yesterday but by mid afternoon had no confirmation.
Checked the website and it was "Dispatched @ 14:34 Today".  At
17:19 I
received the order dispatched email apparently sent at 17:58 today so I
received it 39 minutes before it was sent!
